Tonight!

The show was bumped forward a week, and is airing tonight at 9:00. I'm oh so very nervous! A copy of the show arrived in yesterday's mail. Thus far I've resisted the highly tempting urge to sneak a pee. Come what may, I will be seeing it for the first time along with the rest of the world.


One of my coworkers graciously agreed to host a small viewing party at her house. There will be nibbles and drinks and people I adore.

It will be interesting to see if I remember all of "The Rules." I'll be sure to get them written and posted this weekend.

Introductions

My name is Leia Olson, and last autumn I was a participant on the TV show "What Not to Wear" on TLC. It was an interesting experience, and I learned some interesting things about fashion and about myself. This blog is a personal experiment to see how, if at all my life changes by sticking to the rules of my new makeover.

My mission is simple. I will spend one year following the "rules" as best I remember them, even when it goes against my grain. I will strive to document my learnings about how these fashion tips change my outlook, challenge my opinions, and is my life any better after a year? Oh, and let us not forget the best part, the shopping!
